Various ongoing projects are available where kids can visit the ranch and work with the horses and staff. Both individual and group interactions are possible. Highlights of some of our programs include:
Stay in School / Century 21 – Kids come to the ranch after school and during the summer to work with the horses. Browning Youth Initiative – Kids can work with the horses, learn traditional crafts and learn ranching skills. In the past parents, grandparents and siblings have come to observe the passing on of traditions. The Special Needs Class – Kids from various special needs organizations spend weekday hours at the ranch working with the horses in the good weather and learning handicrafts when the weather is inclement. Past participants have been so enthusiastic that they have sometimes come on the scheduled days even if they had to walk to the ranch!
