7 Eagles Ranch

Since the founding of the BBHC in 1994, much has been accomplished. Many people have given generously of their time, money, and energy to achieve the common organizational goals of empowerment, self-reliance, and preservation. Here's a short list:

2006

Bob Black Bull is featured in an international publication by Jessica Lindblom of the University of Skoude, Sweden.  Her work uses text and photos of Bob with the horses as examples of socially embodied forms of human and animal interaction.

2005

Re-financing of the 7 Eagles Ranch is made possible through the dedicated generosity of our membership.

Kids participate in the branding of over 75 of the horses.

2003

The Glenbow Museum; Calgary, Alberta exhibits a buffalo hide tipi made by Bob Black Bull.  This is the first full buffalo hide tipi made in the past 100 years.
